Midland, Michigan -- March 30, 2004 - Ronald Fillmore has been named executive director of Xiameter, the global, web-enabled brand of Dow Corning Corporation. He succeeds Michael Lanham, who was named program manager within corporate procurement and logistics.

Xiameter Announces New Web Upgrades
