XIAMETER is changing the rules when it comes to buying high quality silicone materials at very efficient prices. Here is a high level summary of the rules. The business rules of Xiameter.com are aimed at achieving overall low costs and providing clarity for what you are paying. Read on to learn how to take advantage of these new rules to give your business an enhanced competitive edge.
1) Pricing, Delivery and Quantity:
a) Our prices are designed to offer the lowest-base price available.
b) Our promise to you is a guaranteed ship date.
c) Our prices are quoted for logical and efficient shipping units.
d) Our website is a real-time order and inventory system.
e) Our products are priced in several currencies. Prices do not include local taxes.
f) Incoterms 2000 (freight terms) are dependent on the plant from which we ship product and its destination.
g) We will determine the shipping source for your order.
h) If for some reason, we are unable to ship on our guaranteed ship date, we will:
i) Provide you with an e-mail update of when we will ship your order.
ii) Provide you with a 3 % discount on your next order.
2) Order Entry:
a) After we have accepted your order, we put things in motion to ship your product. After you have entered your order, order changes may have additional charges.
b) Our policy is to provide material based on standard production lead times.
c) Our preferred method of order entry is for you to use our web site.
3) Payment Conditions, Methods and Charges:
Our standard terms are thirty (30) days net from date of invoice, unless stated otherwise on the Order Acknowledgement. We accept various methods of payment.
4) Pricing Policy:
a) Prices will fluctuate, depending on supply and demand. Pricing for our complete product line will be provided within our secure pages to Empowered members of Xiameter.com.
b) Once you have submitted an order, the price on that order will not change.
5) Communications:
Xiameter.com is designed to provide a streamlined approach for our customers. Dialogue will be primarily via e-mail. Responses are normally within one (1) business day.
6) Miscellaneous:
a) Due to our streamlined approach, we offer no technical service.
b) Xiameter is a business unit owned by Dow Corning. Xiameter’s offering and operations are significantly different from Dow Corning.
c) Xiameter does not send or sell samples as a normal process. If you desire samples, please contact us.
