FIC 2019

Food Ingredients China (FIC) is an international annual trade show of China focusing on food additives and ingredients. FIC 2019 will be held at National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai, on March 18-20, 2019.

FIC is always known as “the bellwether of the food additives and ingredients industry”, and the preferred platform for latest products and technologies. With 1568 exhibitors, FIC 2019 will fulfill buyers’ various and comprehensive demand.

With five specific exhibiting areas, i.e. Overseas Pavilion, Natural Products, Extracts, Functional Ingredients and Health Care Food Zone, Comprehensive Products Zone, Flavors, Fragrance & Condiments Zone, Machinery and Food Safety Testing Equipment Zone, FIC 2019 will cover 23 categories of food additives, 35 categories of food ingredients, as well as natural organic food and ingredients, food processing aid, novel food, food packing machinery, packing materials, food processing machinery, producing application technology, testing equipment and technology. FIC 2019 uses the newly inaugurated Hall 4.1 as a dedicated pavilion to showcase natural plant extracts and dietary supplements from more than 242 companies that specialize in natural and functional food additives, ingredients and dietary foods. These companies, while continuing to serve their established clients, also conduct research and development on products that meet consumer demand on high-end food markets. This dedicated pavilion will provide a one-stop sourcing platform to satisfy differentiated market needs.
