Ltd., Singapore, so as to establish the Borouge South East Asia (SEA) Logistics Hub and to provide local logistics services for Borouge’s customers in Asia for duration of 10 years with effect from its operational start-up date in 2010.

Borouge PTE Limited being a leading provider of innovative plastics solution announced today the investment of a manufacturing plant in Shanghai China. Borouge has decided to press ahead with further investments in the key markets including China despite the current prevailing global financial crisis. The first phase of this investment include a 50,000 tons plant focusing on engineering plastics for use in the automotive industry. The plant will be set up in the Fengxian District of Shanghai.

William Yau becomes CEO of Borouge’s Marketing Company in Singapore
