Royal Ten Cate appoints new Group Managing Director

As per June 2002, the Executive Board of Royal Ten Cate has appointed

Jeroen A. Jonker as Group Managing Director of Ten Cate Plasticum.

Mr. Jonker, who holds a Masters Degree from Delft University of Technology as well as various grades in commercial and strategic management, held a number of commercial and general management positions at, amongst others, General Electric Plastics and Axxicon. Prior to joining Ten Cate, he was Managing Director of Axxicon's Plastic Components Group.

Ten Cate Plasticum, the Plastic Products Division, is European market

leader in aerosol & dispensing packaging and closure & container products.

With five production facilities throughout Europe, comprising over 200 advanced injection moulding machines and employing some 250 people, Plasticum serves leading European and American A-brands in the personal care, pharmaceutical, food and household industries.

Royal Ten Cate, listed at the EuroNext Stock Exchange in Amsterdam, is

active in Technical Textiles and Technical Components world-wide.
