Cincinnati Extrusion at Interplastica

At Interplastica in Moscow, February 23 to 27, the Viennese machine manufacturer Cincinnati Extrusion GmbH will present itself at the joint Austrian industry booth No. FC.05. With the sin-gle-screw extruder model 60-25 B from its Alpha range on display, it will demonstrate its spe-cial expertise in the field of profile extrusion.

Since their introduction about 2 1/2 years ago, Alpha extruders have met with a very positive market response. Within this relatively short period, just under 200 of these extruders, tailor-made for profile extrusion, have already been sold world-wide. Thanks to their standardized machine concept, Alpha extruders in both sizes, 45 and 60 mm, are available for immediate delivery at a favourable uniform global price. They are equipped with state-of-the-art components, such as direct drives and top-grade measuring and control systems. With their high torques and excellent throughput rates, they lend themselves to a great variety of applications.

The Austrian extruder specialist Cincinnati specializes in the manufacture of extrusion lines for the production of profiles, as well as all types of pipes. With various projects, the machine manufacturer has already won considerable renown in Russia. Its latest successes include an order from the large Russian window profile manufacturer STL Montblanc, which ordered eight additional extruders for the third building stage of its production facilities, to increase its total capacity to 26,000 tons annually. Just recently, Cincinnati delivered two extrusion lines to the Russian company Terna for the produc-tion of sidings. Moreover, Chevron Munaigas from Atyrau, Kazakhstan, has placed a repeat order for an extrusion line to manufacture high-pressure pipes of up to 1,200 mm diameter for gas and water transport.
