RHODIA INCREASES ITS POLYMER PRODUCTION CAPACITY IN FREIBURG
Lyon, France / Freiburg, Germany – April 11, 2011 – Rhodia has announced a debottlenecking of its polymer production capacity in Freiburg, Germany.
Rhodia’s Global Business Unit (GBU), Polyamide & Intermediates, a world-class leader in the polyamide PA66 market, is strengthening its position as major producer of polymers in Europe.
“The capacity extension of our industrial unit of Freiburg enhances our capability to be a reliable partner for our customers in Europe, especially in the textile industry. It is an important step in our strategy to continue strengthening our competitiveness and market position in our home market” says Martin Laudenbach, Polyamide & Intermediates GBU President.
