  • Nobilas accident management solutions are designed to maximize driver satisfaction, lower costs and streamline processes by connecting all parties involved. These solutions are modular, enabling customers to choose some or all according to their specific requirements.

  • Nobilas solutions comprise:

    - Incident Services

    • First Notification Services provides a 24-hour call center to assist drivers in the event of an accident, including roadside assistance and incident report filing.

    • Mobility Services include pick-up, drop-off and delivery for drivers and vehicles, and replacement vehicles.

    • Repair Management: This solution leverages Nobilas’ relationships with a wide network of body shops across Europe and North America. It provides monitoring and management of the quality and speed of the repair.

    • Assessment Service: Part of the repair management module is assessment services. This solution comprises repair assessment and a complete package of total loss assessments and salvage disposal making use of the network of Nobilas engineers and online validation through communication platform Nobilas Connect.

    - Claims Management: Immediately following an incident, Nobilas begins work to resolve the claims, whether for minor expenses, a major third-party liability claim, or uninsured loss recovery.

Online Reporting Tools

  • Nobilas Report: Nobilas Report can generate reports and trend information that help clients make informed decisions about their fleet operations. With granular detail plus high-level analyses, Nobilas Report gives clients a clear picture of their accident management costs.

  • Nobilas Connect: This online reporting tool can track the progress of a single repair job. This communication platform, available to clients online, aggregates all data relevant to the repair process, including driver and vehicle data, body shop data, photographs of the damage, cost estimate, and actual start and end dates of the repair.
