ISP displays Textureze™ range of Functional Systems

International Specialty Products (ISP), a world leading supplier of specialty ingredients to the global food industry, will be presenting its range of Textureze™ functional systems for the first time at FIE this November

(Hall 2, C18).

The Textureze™ range offers unique combinations of multiple ingredients, mostly hydrocolloids, which synergistically combine to contribute to the stability, texture, structure and taste of the finished food products. The flexibility of these systems allow them to provide functional benefits across a diverse range of applications including baked goods, dairy products, sauces and dressings and processed meats.

A recent addition to the range, the Textureze™ MT series of meat forming products provide meat processors with the ability to form quality fillets of meats and fish from smaller cuts, offering significant advances over other technologies such as enzymes.

ISP will also be promoting its partnering approach towards working with customers. “We are now at the stage where customer partnering is a far preferred method of operating for us” said Dr. Jim Greig, Global Food Director. “It has been demonstrated time after time that when our Technical Teams work alongside the manufacturers’ at the product development stage, it results in significant mutual savings in terms of both time and expense”.
