DSM Dyneema to co-exhibit with Unitex Group at Bauma 2007, area A7 stand 213

Urmond (NL), April 2 – During the 28th international trade fair Bauma 2007 DSM will showcase its innovative product Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber™. This ultra-strong polyethylene fiber provides a vast amount of benefits to the building and construction industry. Examples of applications made with Dyneema® are presented at the Unitex Group stand, area A7 stand 213.
Its low weight, high stiffness, possible small diameter and excellent longevity makes Dyneema® the material of choice in replacing steel wire and synthetic ropes in slings applications. These significant characteristics bring ease of handling, a longer service life and increased safety. At Bauma 2007, Jorn Boesten, market segment manager Industrial for DSM Dyneema is available to discuss application developments of heavy lifting slings with Dyneema® for the building and construction market.
