NEW FASSON MC PLUS PAPER LABELSTOCKS FOR HIGH QUALITY PRINT

Avery Dennison Roll Materials Europe announces a major new addition to its white Fasson-brand self-adhesive machine-coated paper labelstocks, with the introduction of Fasson MC Plus. MC Plus is a white, 85gm2 semi-gloss, one-side machine-coated paper with excellent printing characteristics. Suitable for high quality single or multicolorprinting processes and for applications where attractive semi-gloss appearance in multi-colour work is required.

Available as standard with Fasson permanent adhesives S2000N and S2045 and BG40 Brown glassine liner, and offers high performance in both conversion and dispensing. Fasson MC Plus can comfortably accommodate the needs of today’s high-speed narrow and wide web presses; deliver high-speed conversion, offer optimal diecutting and matrix stripping; and trouble-free dispensing. It is an all-round performer for both converter and end user: Equally, end users who specify Fasson MC Plus as the chosen substrate across a range of brand variants can be certain that their colour specifications can be accurately matched – every time.

Paper facestocks remain the dominant choice today in the self-adhesive label market, despite the healthy growth enjoyed by film labelstocks in recent years: they meet the need for an optimal price/performance ratio across a broad range of primary product applications, and also offer good environmental qualities. The Fasson MC Plus grades, are, of course, available via the Fasson Exact and Fasson Exact Plus service platforms – which enable converters to make savings by ordering only the exact reel widths they require – and via the fast Fasson online ordering service.
