DSM LANCE ATLAC® 5200 : UNE NOUVELLE RÉSINE POUR CONTACT AVEC LES ALIMENTS ET L’EAU POTABLE

Schaffhausen (CH), 4 avril 2011 – DSM lance sa nouvelle résine Atlac® 5200 FC, un composite spécialement mis au point pour utilisation en contact avec les aliments et l’eau potable. Présentée officiellement la semaine dernière au Salon du JEC1 à Paris, cette nouvelle résine vinyle-ester est unique en ce sens qu’elle est en tout point conforme à la réglementation européenne sur le contact alimentaire, ainsi qu’aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication de l’industrie alimentaire. Elle peut donc être utilisée dans des applications des composites comme les réservoirs ou les tuyauteries destinées à travailler en contact avec les aliments et l’eau potable.

DSM LANCE UN NOUVEAU MATERIAU COMPOSITE AVANCE DESTINE A LA FABRICATION DE PALES D’EOLIENNES

Schaffhausen (CH),- 14 octobre 2010 – DSM Composite Resins, leader mondial en résines pour applications composites, lance aujourd’hui une nouvelle résine de spécialités avancée développée spécifiquement pour la fabrication de pales d’éoliennes. Cette nouvelle résine haute performance, Synolite 1790-G-3, a été développée et testée en collaboration avec les principaux acteurs de l’industrie. Elle a été officiellement lancée à Pékin, au salon China Wind Power qui se tenait du 13 au 15 octobre.

DSM expands Composite Resins business into Turkey and neighboring region

Schaffhausen, CH, April 14th, 2010 - DSM Composite Resins, through its subsidiary Euroresins Kompozit Ürünler Tic. Ltd. Sti, (a.k.a Euroresins Turkey) (ERT) has outlined its future growth plans for Turkey which include closer cooperation with Turkish company Dyo Boya Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Tic. A.S. (DYO). The arrangement, which means DSM will obtain a local source of supply of its standard resins in the rapidly growing Turkish polyester market, also involves a transfer of DYO’s existing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR) business to ERT. The entire deal, which will provide a basis for the introduction of DSM’s specialty and innovation grades to Turkey and the broader region, is intended to be completed by end of June 2010 subject to approval by the respective competition authorities.

The panels are designed to provide maximum strength at a minimum weight and are both stronger and lighter than traditional aluminum used in cargo containers. This advanced material breakthrough has been enabled through the use of Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber™, and Aeronite® resin from DSM.

DSM COMPOSITE RESINS INCREASES PRICES FOR ITS ENTIRE RANGE OF RESINS

Schaffhausen, 14-08-2009 - Today, DSM Composite Resins announces a price increase for its entire range of resins in the magnitude of 115 €/mt. This increase is valid for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and will come into effect by 1 September 2009, or at the earliest time possible, depending on existing individual contracts.
