Ondanks de shake-out van de laatste twee jaar bij de dot.com bedrijven zijn er nog steeds veel e-business bedrijven die alleen gefocused zijn op de technologie achter het verkopen, terwijl ze eigenlijk de meer traditionele tactiek van de verkoper zouden moeten gebruiken: menselijke interactie. “Communicatie is een vitaal, maar vaak vergeten of ondergewaardeerd onderdeel van het verkoopproces.“

The “open standard” is a myth, claims Attachmate
According to Attachmate, the enterprise application integration solutions provider, open standards do little to help businesses. Rather than having freedom of choice, for the majority of companies, open standards mean being indefinitely locked in to a vendor’s own software.
