科莱恩MegaMax™ 催化剂助力中天合创甲醇装置累计产量再破新纪录
专注于可持续发展的特种化学品公司科莱恩今日宣布，其MegaMax 800甲醇合成催化剂在中天合创能源有限责任公司表现优异。其两套甲醇装置采用液化空气鲁奇MegaMethanol™ 工艺，单套年设计产能180万吨。之前使用科莱恩的上一代催化剂MegaMax 700稳定运行了约3.5年后，于2020年7月装填新催化剂MegaMax 800以及ActiSorb™ S2和ActiSorb S6精脱硫催化剂并顺利开车。四年的运行结果表明，该催化剂展现出卓越的效率和生产力，运行性能高达设计产能的110%，MTO 级甲醇总产量达到1,719.5 万吨，每立方米催化剂累计甲醇产量飙升至4.86万吨，位于全球百万吨级煤制甲醇装置的最高纪录之列。

As one of the leading producers of metallocene polyethylene (mPE) in Europe, TotalEnergies completes its range of mPE with a new Very Low Linear Density Polyethylene (VLLDPE) grade. This new grade, named Advanced Supertough 12AST05, extends an already very complete range of metallocene polyethylene grades going from very low-density grades (0.912 g/cm³) up to high-density grades (0.960 g/cm³).
