Clariant showcases innovative and safe low-foaming emulsifiers for metal working fluids at STLE, Minneapolis
Clariant, a world-leader in specialty chemicals, will be showcasing a number of recently launched emulsifiers to replace traditional alcohol ethoxylate-based products for metal working fluid formulations at the STLE Annual Meeting and Exposition in Minneapolis. The new products - Emulsogen® MTP 020, Emulsogen MTP 030 and Emulsogen MTP 090 - join Clariant’s well-known Emulsogen MTP 070 to further contribute to the company’s innovative new range of hazard label-free, low foaming emulsifiers for the chemicals industry. STLE is the leading event for the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers taking place from May 20th – 24th.

Archroma announces progress on integration of M. Dohmen
Archroma, a global leader in color and specialty chemicals, announced the further integration of M. Dohmen, an international group specializing in the production of textile dyes and chemicals for the automotive, carpet and apparel sectors. This went into effect on May 1, 2018 and follows Archroma expanding its stake in M. Dohmen from 49% to 75% in September 2017.

Bredaryd, Suède – 17 mai 2018 – Au salon Plast 2018, le fabricant de broyeurs Rapid Granulator lance une nouvelle gamme de broyeurs conçus spécifiquement pour le traitement en ligne des déchets de feuilles de thermoformage. La nouvelle série ThermoPRO en attente de brevet - basée sur un design Rapid déjà breveté – de conception basse, est disponible dans différentes largeurs standards pour une alimentation de 600 à 1500 mm (24-60 in.). NPE 2018: SABIC lance la plaque de vitrage formable LEXAN™ MARGARD™ FHC à revêtement dur, conforme au règlement révisé ECE R43
ORLANDO, FLORIDE, le 17 mai 2018 - À l’occasion de la NPE 2018 où elle expose sur le stand S19001, la société SABIC, l’une des principales entreprises chimiques mondiales, a dévoilé aujourd’hui la plaque de LEXAN™ MARGARD™ FHC10, dernier ajout en date à son portefeuille de vitrages pour l’automobile que la société s’emploie à développer régulièrement. Cette nouvelle technologie a été étudiée pour répondre aux sévères critères de visibilité, de solidité et de résistance à l’abrasion de l’ECE R43 (règlement n°43 de la Commission Économique des Nations Unies pour l’Europe). Elle présente une solide base en polycarbonate (PC), dotée d’une exceptionnelle qualité optique et associée à un revêtement dur, formable et exclusif, suffisamment précuit pour permettre la mise en œuvre comme une plaque de PC classique. Outre la conformité ECE R43, la plaque de LEXAN™ MARGARD™ FHC10 permet aux clients d’éviter d’appliquer un revêtement après mise en forme et offre aux équipementiers de première et deuxième monte une nouvelle option pour créer des vitrages courbes de formes simples.
