Wiping unsustainable worries away: Mondi sets its sights on fully biodegradable nonwovens for wipes with new CAC line
Mondi, global leader in packaging and paper, has developed a new Carded Airlaid Carded (CAC) line to create a more sustainable three-layer nonwoven for wipes. These can be used for personal hygiene and cleaning purposes. This new line will use 100% cellulose content, including viscose and pulp from certified sources, resulting in a nonwoven material that is fully biodegradable.

Ascend acquista le attività di compounding e masterbatch di Poliblend e Esseti Plast
Ascend Performance Materials, il principale produttore completamente integrato di resine in poliammide 66, ha annunciato in data odierna la firma di un accordo per l’acquisto di Poliblend e Esseti Plast GD da D’Ottavio Group. L’acquisizione comprende un impianto di produzione a Mozzate, in Italia, la gamma dei masterbatch di Esseti Plast GD e quella dei tecnopolimeri di Poliblend, a base di PA66, PA6, PBT e POM vergini e riciclati.
