Bring sensing capabilities to market faster with TE Connectivity’s new pre-engineered sensor module
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – December 12, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, unveils its AmbiMate MS4 sensor module. This platform of products consists of a building automation-focused set of sensors brought together on a single printed circuit board assembly with an I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) digital output. Trends toward “big data,” the Internet of Things (IoT), and energy and air quality management are driving the need to integrate multiple commonly used sensors into a single, pre-engineered, compact and affordable module that OEMs can easily integrate into their designs. TE’s AmbiMate MS4 sensor module addresses customers’ needs to stay in line with these trends and enables them to go to market faster.
DARMSTADT, Germany – December 7, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, is working to expand their Mini I/O product family with a Mini I/O Cat6A cable connector that combines a small form-factor with connection speed. The new Mini I/O connector will be made available in a field installable version and version for cable harness makers for volume usage. This new product will further complete TE’s family of industrial Mini I/O connectors supporting serial, bus and Ethernet communication up to 10Gbps (Cat6A) performance making all connections work in industrial environments.
