ARCHROMA START EEN NIEUW TIJDPERK MET LEVERING VAN KLEURPRODUCTEN EN SPECIALTY CHEMICALS AAN DE TEXTIEL-, PAPIER-, ADHESIVES-, COATING- EN CONSTRUCTIE-INDUSTRIE
Reinach, 1 oktober 2013 – Archroma maakt vandaag bekend dat het bedrijf van start gaat als een nieuwe, wereldwijde leverancier van kleurproducten en specialty chemicals, ontstaan uit de vroegere onderdelen van Clariant, te weten Textile Specialties, Paper Solutions en Emulsion Products. Als geïntegreerde organisatie zal Archroma gespecialiseerde en kleurgerelateerde oplossingen blijven bieden aan de textiel-, papier-, adhesives-, coatings- en constructie-industrie. De drie bedrijfsonderdelen zijn vandaag overgenomen door SK Capital Partners, een in New York (de V.S.) gevestigde private investeringsmaatschappij met een sterke focus op het gebied van specialties, chemicaliën en gezondheidsproducten.

SK CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NEW ARCHROMA LEADERSHIP TEAM
New York, September 12, 2013 – SK Capital, a private investment firm with a disciplined focus on the specialty materials, chemicals and healthcare sectors, is expected to close the acquisition of the Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses from Clariant at the end of September, 2013. Upon the closing of the transaction, the three divisions will be combined into an integrated, market-focused, and highly collaborative company. The name of the new company, Archroma, is representative of the organization’s mission to provide its customers with the highest levels of quality, reliability, innovation and customer delight.
