Toyota First to Industry with Plasma-coated Polycarbonate Rear Quarter Window
Sittard, The Netherlands, July 6, 2016 - Toyota’s special edition 86 GRMN sports car is the first production vehicle to feature a rear quarter window in polycarbonate (PC) material with a plasma-coat solution designed to deliver the highest level of durability performance. The vehicle, exclusive to Japan, exhibited earlier this year at Tokyo Auto Salon 2016.

Tarragona, July 6, 2016 – ELIX Polymers will make its first appearance at the triennial K show in Düsseldorf this October (19-26). But while the name is new, the company’s heritage is measured in decades. A specialist in production of ABS and SAN polymers, high performance compounds, polymer blends and also polymer modifiers, its lineage includes such illustrious names as Bayer, Lanxess and Ineos.
