The current shareholders of Ngai Hing Hong, which is headquartered in Hong Kong, will retain a 5 percent interest in a new company that PolyOne will establish to conduct vinyl compound business in Asia.

The acquisition was completed on October 26, 2006. For the calendar year 2005, Achimar S.p.A. recorded net sales of approximately EUR 20 million.
