Neue Generation verschäumbarer Kunststofftypen von SABIC verkürzen die Entgasungsdauer um 50%
Sittard, Niederlande, 12. Oktober 2016 - Das erste Produkt der brandneuen LDPE Schaumstoff-Güteklassen von SABIC soll die Produktionseffizienz von Schaumstoffherstellern steigern. Die neuen “schnell konvertierenden” LDPE Schaumstoff-Güteklassen von SABIC verkürzen dank schnellerer Entgasung des Treibmittels die Zeit, die Halbfabrikate zwischengelagert werden müssen. Somit können sie das Betriebskapital der Schaumstoffhersteller drastisch verringern. Darüber hinaus helfen diese neuen Schaumstoff-Güteklassen von SABIC bei der Schaffung von zusätzlichem Mehrwert, da sie die Produktionseffizienz durch höhere Materialausbeute steigern.
