SILICON-KAUTSCHUKE VON DOW CORNING FÜR HOCHSPANNUNGSANWENDUNGEN
Midland, Michigan (USA), 28. November 2002 – Dow Corning hat eine neue Generation von Siliconkautschuken für Hochspannungsanwendungen wie Isolatoren, Überspannungsableiter und andere freiluftbeständige Isolierbauteile vorgestellt. Die hoch viskosen, heiß vernetzenden Kautschukprodukte (HCR) der Dow Corning® Serie 1600 zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Kriechstromfestigkeit sowie ausgezeichnetes Verhalten unter Befeuchtung aus. Die Hydrophobieeigenschaften sind hervorragend. Die Kautschuke sind gut entform- und leicht verarbeitbar.

The Nordic arm of Distrupol, a member company of Univar and a leading European polymer distributor, technical service and solutions provider, has been strengthening its team and raising its profile to good effect in the Nordic business arena. Osaka, Japan / Sassenheim, Niederlande, November 2002 - Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes hat einen neuen Liefervertrag mit der Daihatsu Motor Company Ltd. unterzeichnet. Die Freigabe von Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes als Lacklieferant wurde am 15. Oktober 2002 von Herrn K. Inoguchi, dem Geschäftsführer der Overseas Service Division der Daihatsu Motor Co Ltd., und Cor de Grauw, dem Geschäftsführer von Akzo Nobels Geschäftsbereich Car Refinishes, unterzeichnet.
