Dynisco Hot Runners Launches New Identity with Name Change to Synventive Molding Solutions
‘s-Gravendeel, the Netherlands - Dynisco HotRunners, one of the world’s largest designers, manufacturers and suppliers of hot runner systems, announced that it has launched a new identity and corporate-wide name change. As of early June, all of its worldwide entities will begin officially operating under the new name of Synventive Molding Solutions. The company is also introducing a new Synventive Molding Solutions logo and tag line “Innovation Delivers”. Gloucester, MA - Dynisco HotRunners has announced that it will become an independent operating entity, while remaining within the Berwind Group. This follows Berwind’s announcement that it has sold the Measurement and Control businesses of Dynisco, Inc. to Madison Capital Partners of Chicago, IL.

Geel, Belgium June 19, 2001, Barlo Plastics Europe, announced the transfer of the entire production capacity from its Belgian site to other existing production facilities. Headquarters of the plastics division will remain in Belgium.

Athlone acquisition strengthens Barlo Plastics market lead.
Geel, Belgium January 2001, Barlo Plastics Europe, has today announced the take-over of the Irish company, Athlone Extrusions plc. Barlo Plastics Europe holds the European market lead in manufacture of transparent plastic sheets and Athlone deals in polystyrene and ABS sheet extrusion.

Omnexus processes its first online transaction in Germany between Bayer and IBS Brocke
