Clariant dedicates personal care solutions to millennials at ICI exhibition in Indonesia
Clariant, a world-leader in specialty chemicals, will take part again in the Indonesia Cosmetics Ingredients (ICI) 2018 exhibition, this year under the special theme "Care for the Millennials." A host of personal care ingredients with an exellent functionality profile will be exhibited focusing on the special needs of those who fall within the age group of 18 – 34, whoare constantly exposed to various types of skin hazards. The leading personal care ingredient trade show will be held on April 3-5, 2018 at the JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta.

Clariant’s shareholders approve all agenda items
At today’s Annual General Meeting in Basel, the shareholders of Clariant AG, a world leader in specialty chemicals, approved all agenda items and resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. The meeting was attended by 494 shareholders and shareholder representatives accounting for 150 829 734 shares or around 45.44 % of the share capital of Clariant.
