TE Connectivity presents new and innovative connection technology at SPS IPC Drives, enabling efficient solutions for automation today and into the future
DARMSTADT, Germany – December 19, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, was at SPS IPC Drives to present a comprehensive range of connectors that enable efficient solutions for modern automation scenarios like Industry 4.0, as well as in places where reliable connections could not be achieved to date. Among the innovative new features are a Cat 6a variant of the mini I/O series and RJ45 connectors with integrated magnetic components. The company will also present a white paper that looks in detail at the advantages and disadvantages of different connection technologies for industrial environments.

Perstorp December 14, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) has been notified that, Prague CE S.à r.l, a private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Issuer”) today closed an offering of €234,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2022 (“Notes”). The Issuer was independently formed and is not an affiliate of the Company.

Perstorp announces the closing of €250,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022
Perstorp December 14, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) today announced that it has closed the offering of its €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at EURIBOR (with a floor of 0%) plus 4.25% per annum. The Notes will mature on September 15, 2022, subject to a springing maturity of (x) June 30, 2021 if the Company’s existing 11% Second Lien Notes due 2021 are not refinanced in full on or prior to June 30, 2021 or (y) September 30, 2021 if (i) the Company’s Mezzanine Facility Agreement is not (a) refinanced in full on or prior thereto or (b) extended in full on or prior thereto such that the termination date of the Mezzanine Facility Agreement is December 15, 2022.
