Belden Joins Industry-Leading Effort for Time-Sensitive Networking
St. Louis, Missouri - October 24, 2016 - Belden Inc., a global leader in signal transmission solutions for mission-critical applications, has joined the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC)® Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) Testbed, which aims to improve multi-vendor interoperability and to display the value of the IEEE 802.1 Ethernet standards for time-sensitive networking in a manufacturing ecosystem.

Ghent, Belgium - At the K 2016 trade fair in Germany, specialty chemicals supplier Milliken & Co. plans to showcase a variant of its well-established Millad® NX™ 8000 clarifying additive for polypropylene that it has tailored for use in the extrusion blow molding (EBM) process. This new additive performs significantly better in higher melt-flow-rate (MFR) grades of PP, and yields excellent results in both optics and productivity.
