20 Jahre Guardian Glass in Sachsen-Anhalt
Bertrange, Luxemburg, 8. August 2016 – Im Rahmen der Feierlichkeiten zum 20-jährigen Jubiläum trafen am 3. August 2016 Würdenträger aus der Region und dem Bundesland Sachsen-Anhalt auf Mitglieder des Leadership Teams von Guardian Glass in Europa, um eine Tour durch das Floatglaswerk von Guardian in Thalheim, Deutschland, vorzunehmen. Unter den Teilnehmern waren unter anderem Petra Wust, Oberbürgermeisterin von Bitterfeld-Wolfen; Manfred Kressin, Bürgermeister der Gemeinde Thalheim; Uwe Schulze, Landrat des Landkreises Anhalt-Bitterfeld; Peter Kuras, Oberbürgermeister von Dessau und Dr. Carlhans Uhle, Geschäftsführer der Investitions- und Marketinggesellschaft von Sachsen-Anhalt. Diese wurden von Mario Walke, Geschäftsführer von Guardian Flachglas in Thalheim, Jean Ries, Leitender Berater Guardian Europe und Lajos Sapi, früherer Vize-Präsident Guardian Europe S.à.r.l., begleitet.

Muttenz, August 5, 2016 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, announced today the issuance of USD 276.5 million and EUR 95 million of debt in the German market for certificates of indebtedness (“Schuldschein”). The USD-denominated tranche has a term of 5 years. The certificates in EUR have terms of 5 years and 7 years.
