At the ceremony organized in Paris to celebrate the presentation of the Siemens 2002 Innovation Awards on 19 June, 2002, Rhodia Engineering Plastics was allocated the Bronze Award for the creation of a new-generation polyamide: TechnylStarTM.

high-end styling. Another key advantage is its processability. Molder Production Plastics (Saukville, Wis.) noted improvements in processing time and use of cooler temperatures compared to other resins. It flows well into the most intricate molds and dries quickly -up to 60 % faster. 
 Parts molded with Eastman Chemical Company’s DuraStar® polymer really are cool because they land in some of the most innovative under-the-counter refrigeration and ice-making units.
