Perstorp December 8, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) has been notified that, Prague CE S.à. r.l, a private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Register of Trade and Companies (Registre de commerce et des sociétés, Luxembourg), (“Issuer”) today priced an offering of €234,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2022 (“Notes”). The Issuer was independently formed and is not an affiliate of the Company.

Perstorp announces the pricing of €250,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes due 2022
Perstorp December 8, 2017 - Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) today announced the pricing of €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at EURIBOR (with a floor of 0%) plus 4.25% per annum. The Notes will mature on September 15, 2022, subject to a springing maturity of (x) June 30, 2021 if the Company’s existing 11% Second Lien Notes due 2021 are not refinanced in full on or prior to June 30, 2021 or (y) September 30, 2021 if (i) the Company’s Mezzanine Facility Agreement is not (a) refinanced in full on or prior thereto or (b) extended in full on or prior thereto such that the termination date of the Mezzanine Facility Agreement is December 15, 2022.

Clariant selected by Xuzhou HaiDing for new propane dehydrogenation unit in China
Munich, December 8, 2017 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, today announced an agreement with Xuzhou HaiDing Chemical Technology Co. Ltd. to develop a custom-built CATOFIN catalyst and propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit in cooperation with its technology partner CB&I. The project includes the license and engineering design of the unit, which is to be built in Pizhou, Jiangsu Province, China.

TE Connectivity developing Mini I/O connector system with Cat6A technology
DARMSTADT, Germany – December 7, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, is working to expand their Mini I/O product family with a Mini I/O Cat6A cable connector that combines a small form-factor with connection speed. The new Mini I/O connector will be made available in a field installable version and version for cable harness makers for volume usage.
