SABIC continua ad espandere la sua crescente gamma di materiali per fabbricazione additiva con il lancio di tre nuovi filamenti all’NPE 2018
ORLANDO, FLORIDA, 8 maggio 2018 - SABIC, leader globale nel settore chimico, ha annunciato qui, all’NPE 2018, Stand 19001, la terza espansione della sua gamma di materiali per fabbricazione additiva dei prossimi 12 mesi. Nello specifico, SABIC ha presentato il lancio di tre nuovi filamenti con tecnologia FDM (modellazione a deposizione di fuso): il filamento ULTEM™ AM1010F per applicazioni con necessita’ resistenza ad alte temperature, compreso lo stampaggio ; ed i filamenti di ULTEM™ AMHU1010F e LEXAN™ AMHC620F per applicazioni medicali. La diffusione e l’impiego di questi materiali tecnologicamente avanzati che potranno essere utilizzati sia per la produzione di prototipi ma soprattutto per prodotti finiti è parte integrante della strategia di SABIC. Fattori come la grande conoscenza dei materiali, della loro trasformazione, dello studio di design oltre ad una profonda conoscenza del settore del medicale, consentiranno a SABIC di progredire nei processi di produzione della fabbricazione additiva.
