La nuova unità aziendale sarà diretta da Richard Crosby, scienziato nonché dirigente veterano di Innovative Plastics.

Songwon e Tangshan Baifu concludono con successo la formazione di una joint venture per la produzione e la commercializzazione di tioesteri
Ulsan, Corea – 28 ottobre 2010 – Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. e Tangshan Baifu Chemical Co. Ltd. annunciano di aver raggiunto un accordo definitivo per costituire una joint venture per la produzione e la commercializzazione di tioesteri. La nuova società sarà denominata Songwon Baifu Chemical Co. Ltd. e sarà operativa nel primo trimestre 2011, dopo aver ottenuto tutte le necessarie approvazioni. La nuova società avrà una capacità di 6.000 tonnellate di tioesteri.
