Songwon e Tangshan Baifu concludono con successo la formazione di una joint venture per la produzione e la commercializzazione di antiossidanti tioesteri
Ulsan, Corea – 28 ottobre 2010 – In occasione di una conferenza stampa tenutasi oggi a Düsseldorf durante il K 2010, Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. e Tangshan Baifu Chemical Co. Ltd. hanno firmato l'accordo che prevede la costituzione di una joint venture per la fabbricazione e la commercializzazione di antiossidanti tioesteri. La nuova società sarà denominata Songwon Baifu Chemical Co. Ltd. e sarà operativa nel primo trimestre 2011, dopo tutte le necessarie approvazioni legali. La nuova società avrà una capacità di 6.000 tonnellate di antiossidanti tioesteri.
