Heubach Group et SK Capital Partners concluent l’acquisition de l’activité internationale de Clariant en matière de colorants et annoncent la nomination de Stefan Doboczky en qualité de Directeur general
Le Heubach Group («Heubach»), leader international de la fabrication de pigments et SK Capital Partners («SK Capital»), une société d’investissements privés axée sur les matériaux spéciaux, ainsi que les produits chimiques et pharmaceutiques, ont aujourd’hui annoncé l’achèvement de l’acquisition de l’activité internationale de Clariant en matière de colorants («Clariant Pigments»). Les activités combinées seront gérées sous la marque Heubach, ce qui permet de créer un leader international à la fois technologique et industriel dans le secteur des pigments.

Clariant begins construction of flame retardants production facility in China
