Shortlisted as one of three finalists, Avery Dennison received the nomination for its recent introduction of a Sustainability Procurement Program, a collaborative evaluation platform providing sustainability ratings and performance improvement tools for the company’s global supply chain. The program rates suppliers in four key areas of activity: environmental, fair business, supply chain, and labor practice. Schüler für Chemie begeistern
ARLANXEO, einer der führenden Anbieter für synthetische Elastomere, veranstaltet vom 10. bis 12. Juli in Dormagen einen Schüler-Workshop für rund 20 Schüler der Realschule Hackenbroich. Bei der „Lernwerkstatt Mobilität“ entwickeln die Schüler einer 9. Klasse in Gruppenarbeit Visionen für eine nachhaltige Mobilität – Themen sind zum Beispiel innovative Produkte wie biobasierter Kautschuk von ARLANXEO und das magische Dreieck der Reifentechnologie, globale Transportketten sowie neue industrielle Herstellungsverfahren.
