MUNICH, Germany — June 13, 2012 — Here at Intersolar Europe 2012 (booth A5.530), SABIC’s Innovative Plastics business is showcasing its extensive and growing portfolio of specialty thermoplastics designed to support major trends in solar applications. East Aurora, NY, USA, 11 juin 2012 – Moog Industrial Group, la division de Moog Inc. qui compte parmi les principaux fournisseurs de systèmes d’essais à hautes performances pour les secteurs de l’automobile et de l’aéronautique, a été retenu par Fraunhofer LBF, institut allemand de recherche dans le domaine de la fiabilité des systèmes et de l’endurance des structures, pour la fourniture d’un système d’essais complet, destiné à être intégré à une enceinte climatique et un système d’essais et de sécurité des batteries électriques. Le système en question est composé d’une table vibrante hydraulique Moog à haute fréquence, d’un contrôleur temps réel et des logiciels d’application et de conduite opérateur.

Izernore, France – D’après la société Mecaplast, qui compte parmi les principaux équipementiers en pièces en plastique pour l’automobile, sa nouvelle technologie brevetée de moulage par injection pourrait permettre de réduire de 30 à 50% le poids des pièces d’habillage intérieures et extérieures en l’associant à de nouvelles formules de polypropylène.

Purac supports Biobased Kidshouse with PLA roof insulation

On 4 June 2012 a Biobased Kidshouse, sponsored by Purac, was opened by the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. The Biobased Kidshouse is an initiative of BE-Basic, an international public-private partnership, funded by the Dutch government in the field of sustainable chemistry and ecology. The Biobased Kidshouse intends to educate children with respect to biobased materials, in order to promote a biobased economy towards future generations.
