Brenntag – a safe partner in providing chemical products & services
Brenntag Oil & Gas Europe has recently been SCC** certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for its HSE working procedures. SCC**, which stands for Safety Checklist Contractors, is an international safety checklist to demonstrate that a contractor is in compliance with key requirements according to national HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) legislation. The checklist is applied and recognized in several EU member states.

SIEMENS VDO EST LE PREMIER A UTILISER DANS L’AUTOMOBILE DU STANYL® PA46 DE DSM POUR LES ELEMENTS ISOLANTS DE ROTOR D’UN MOTEUR ELECTRIQUE DE POMPE POUR ABS
En raison de sa résistance mécanique à faible épaisseur de paroi et de sa résistance à la température, le polyamide Stanyl® 46 (PA46) est souvent utilisé pour les éléments isolants de rotor des moteurs électriques. Il trouve aujourd’hui sa première utilisation dans le domaine de l’automobile dans un moteur électrique de Siemens VDO pour un système de freinage antiblocage (ABS). Dans cette nouvelle version de moteur compact, la résine Stanyl permet d’obtenir une paroi ultra-mince de 0,4 à 0,6 mm qui permet de maximiser à la fois la dimension de l’isolant et le nombre de tours de bobinage. On peut ainsi optimiser de manière économique le processus d’assemblage du moteur tout en isolant le bobinage de l’armature métallique du rotor. Chaque élément conserve sa rigidité et sa stabilité dimensionnelle jusqu’à 290°C, résultat supérieur à celui de la plupart des thermoplastiques lorsqu’ils sont soumis à la tension mécanique d’un fil de bobinage.
