Dow Corning acquiert Multibase S.A.
Midland, Mich. - Dow Corning Corp. annonce aujourd’hui son intention d’acquérir la société française Multibase S.A., compounder de thermoplastiques destinés aux industries de l’automobile, de l’emballage et des articles à usage domestique. Les comités de direction des 2 compagnies ont approuvé le plan d’achat. L’accord des actionnaires de la société Multibase S.A. est attendu dans le courant du mois, le but étant de finaliser l’acquisition pour la fin du mois d’avril. En Europe, certaines autorisations légales sont exigées avant la signature de telles transactions.
