PPG將出售汽車玻璃業務控股權給Kohlberg & Company公司
美國匹茲堡- PPG工業公司（紐約證交所代碼：PPG）已經與位於美國紐約州Mount Kisco的私人股權投資公司Kohlberg & Company, LLC旗下管理的一支基金簽署協定，將其汽車玻璃業務出售給Kohlberg新成立的一家公司。

美國伊利諾斯州德斯普雷恩城 2008 年 7月11日——霍尼韋爾公司（紐約證券交易所代碼：HON) 旗下的 UOP LLC 今日宣佈，中國石油四川石化已選中 UOP 為其將在四川成都附近的工廠中新建的綜合精煉與化工生產設施提供技術、基本工程設計服務和設備。目前該專案正處於工程設計階段。

BERGEN OP ZOOM, The Netherlands – July 8, 2008 – The World Health Organization reports that close to 177 million people worldwide currently suffer from diabetes and this figure is expected to more than double by 2030. CHEMTURA RAISES PRICES ON NONYLPHENOL
Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) will increase the price of nonylphenol by $0.14/lb, effective on all deliveries on or after July 15, 2008, or as contracts allow. The price increase is the result of a continued increase in raw material and energy costs.
