URMOND (NL), 17 October 2007 - Building on years of dedication to helping the commercial fishing industry solve its challenges, DSM Dyneema today reconfirmed its commitment toward enabling fishermen to increase catches and profits. SUPERIOR GLOVE INTRODUCES NEW SUREKNIT™ GLOVES MADE WITH ADVANCED DYNEEMA® FIBER TECHNOLOGY
URMOND (NL), 12 October 2007 - Superior Glove is proud to introduce a new glove made with Dyneema® that is truly remarkable in both the cut- and abrasion-resistance categories. Superior's SureKnit™ seamless gloves are a shining example of the best advances that have been made in fiber technology. A glove this comfortable, providing this much protection would have been the impossible dream, back even a few years ago. The SureKnit™ glove with Dyneema® is so abrasion-resistant, it did not wear out even after 5000 cycles on the Taber Test, used to determine abrasion resistance. So now, while providing excellent protection against cuts, Superior offers a glove that won’t wear out long before its cut-resistance does. But there’s another bonus: with help from DSM Dyneema, Superior has applied a unique spinning technique to the process, resulting in a knit that is less slippery, and thus provides better grip.
