Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, kündigte heute die Eröffnung eines neuen hochmodernen Labors am Standort in Midland, Texas, an. Diese Investition diente der Modernisierung mehrerer unerlässlicher Infrastrukturelemente des Betriebszentrums. Am prominentesten ist das hochmoderne Labor, welches das vierte regionale technische Labor von Clariant Oil Services in Nordamerika ist. Die Grösse des Labors hat sich fast verdoppelt und ist nun mit branchenführender Forschungs- und Automatisierungsausrüstung ausgestattet. Im Vergleich zum bereits bestehenden Testlabor wird dadurch die Probenentnahme für die regionalen Öl- und Gasproduzenten im Permischen Becken um bis zu 45 % gesteigert.
