Erster Spatenstich für Clariants sunliquid®-Zellulose-Ethanol-Anlage in Rumänien
Muttenz, 12. September 2018 – Mit dem traditionellen ersten Spatenstich hat Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, heute offiziell den Bau der ersten sunliquid-Grossanlage zur Produktion von Zellulose-Ethanol aus Agrarreststoffen begonnen. Dabei kommt erstmals die im Unternehmen entwickelte sunliquid-Technologie im industriellen Massstab zum Einsatz. An der Zeremonie in Podari bei Craiova im Südwesten Rumäniens nahmen offizielle Vertreter der rumänischen Regierung und der Schweizer Botschafter Urs Herren teil. An der Spitze der Clariant-Repräsentanten stand Vorstandsmitglied Christian Kohlpaintner.
