Avery Dennison shortlisted for Label Industry Global Awards 2018
Shortlisted as one of three finalists, Avery Dennison received the nomination for its recent introduction of a Sustainability Procurement Program, a collaborative evaluation platform providing sustainability ratings and performance improvement tools for the company’s global supply chain. The program rates suppliers in four key areas of activity: environmental, fair business, supply chain, and labor practice. The program’s overall objective is to engage suppliers in a continuous improvement process related to sustainability.

Schüler für Chemie begeistern

INEOS Styrolution raises the bar in food contact safety by achieving Chinese national GB standards compliance for its Luran® grades
INEOS Styrolution, the global leader in styrenics, announces today that two of its Luran grades, Luran SAN C 552495 and Luran SAN C NR, are in compliance with GB 4806.6-2016 (Chinese National Food Safety Standard on Food-Contact Use of Plastic Resins), the additives used are cleared under GB 9685-2016 (Chinese National Food Safety Standard on Use of Additives in Food Contact Materials and Articles). These grades are also compliant with USA Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Union (EU) food contact regulations.

Omron stellt Controller der NX1-Serie vor, der Steuerung und Informationen miteinander verknüpft
Die Omron Corporation (Hauptsitz: Shimogyo-Ku, Kyoto. CEO: Yoshihito Yamada) kündigte im April die weltweite Einführung ihres neuen Maschinenautomationscontrollers der NX1-Serie an, mit dem die Produktivität gesteigert wird und gleichzeitig Informationen genutzt werden können.
