Clariant Aktionäre stimmen allen Tagesordnungspunkten zu
Muttenz, 19. März 2018 – Die Aktionäre der Clariant AG, einem weltweit führenden Spezialchemieunternehmen, genehmigten in der heutigen Generalversammlung in Basel sämtliche vom Verwaltungsrat vorgeschlagene Traktanden und Anträge. Die anwesenden 494 Aktionäre und Aktionärsvertreter vertraten 150‘829‘734 Aktien bzw. rund 45,44 % des Aktienkapitals von Clariant.

LD robots steal the show at Global Industrie Connected Factory
