Archroma erwirbt weitere Anteile an M. Dohmen SA
Reinach, Schweiz, 7. September 2017 - Archroma, ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Farb- und Spezialchemikalien, hat heute den Erwerb von weiteren 26% der Anteile der M. Dohmen SA bekanntgegeben. M. Dohmen ist eine internationale Firmengruppe, die sich auf die Fertigung von Textilfarben und Chemikalien für die Automobil-, Teppich- und Bekleidungsindustrie spezialisiert hat. Archroma hatte im Jahr 2014 bereits 49% der Anteile von M. Dohmen übernommen und hält jetzt mit 75% eine Kontrollmehrheit an der Gruppe. Archroma und M. Dohmen können ab sofort uneingeschränkt als Partner im Dienst der Textilindustrie operieren.
