Mai 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Verbindungstechnologie- und Sensorlösungen, hat die neuen vergossenen Miniatursteckverbinder der SlimSeal-Familie vorgestellt, die die Anforderungen der Schutzart IP67 erfüllen. Dadurch sind diese Steckverbinder staub- und bis zu einer Tiefe von einem Meter auch wasserdicht und somit iedal geeignet für die Außenbeleuchtung und andere Anwendungen in Umgebungen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Miniatursteckverbinder der SlimSeal-Serie von TE zeichnen sich durch eine Press-to-Release-Federverriegelung aus, die eine sichere Verbindung gewährleistet. Sie sind mit zwei oder drei Positionen erhältlich, haben eine platzsparende kompakte Bauform und bieten vormontierte Dichtungen, die die Montagezeit verkürzen. Um die Identifizierung und Montage zu vereinfachen, werden diese Steckverbinder in vier verschiedenen Farben angeboten (Schwarz, Rot, Weiß und Grau).
