Belden macht industrielle Netzwerkgeräte fit für die deterministische Datenübertragung der Zukunft

April 2017 - Belden Inc., ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Signalübertragungslösungen für unternehmenskritische Anwendungen, wird für die modularen Managed Switchtypen RSPE35 und RSPE37 von Hirschmann im Laufe der zweiten Hälfte dieses Jahres ein Softwareupdate zur Verfügung stellen, mit dem die Vorteile von Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) genutzt werden können. Als sichtbares Zeichen werden die Geräte ein „TSN ready“-Logo auf der Frontplatte tragen . Mit dem Softwareupdate lassen sich aber ebenso ältere Switches dieser beiden RSPE-Typen für die neue Echtzeit-Technologie nachrüsten. Das „TSN ready“ Logo ist nicht ausschließlich für die RSPE35 und RSPE37 Switchtypen gedacht: andere Hirschmann Industrial Ethernet Switche mit passenden Hardwarefähigkeiten werden das Logo ebenfalls in naher Zukunft zeigen.
