Clariant schliesst den Verkauf ihres Energy-Storage-Geschäftes an Johnson Matthey ab
Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, gab heute den Abschluss des Verkaufs ihres Energy-Storage-Geschäftes an die britische Johnson Matthey Plc bekannt. Die Transaktion war am 29. Oktober 2014 angekündigt worden und wurde am 28. Februar 2015 abgeschlossen.
