Univar Benelux helps Radson to develop a state of the art ecological solution in radiator testing

Radson NV has developed a state of the art, ecologically-sensitive means of testing radiators in its manufacturing facility in Zonhoven, Belgium. By using ultra-filtration (UF) technology from Orelis, in combination with SurTec, a low-nitrogen flash rust preventative supplied by Univar, the company has dramatically reduced the consumption of chemicals and process water. Rotterdam / Brussels / Zonhoven, 21 June, 2005 - Radson NV, a market leader in the production of domestic radiators, decorative radiators and floor heating systems, has developed a state of the art, ecological sound means of testing products in its manufacturing facility at the company headquarters in Zonhoven, Belgium. These materials provide both top and bottom diffuser film solutions in LCD back-light modules to help enhance performance under demanding environmental reliability conditions and greatly expand GE’s wing-to-wing materials solutions capabilities for the global electronics industry. The high-tech GE diffuser films also offer key advantages over traditional coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films by eliminating the coating, which can experience failures from flaking, voids, and scratching of light guides, resulting in poor yields.
