The styrenics based approach allows for recycling and there is no loss of the distinctive appearance of ceramics. In addition, energy consumption during production is significantly lower using a styrenics based solution than firing ceramics.

Solvay and GKN Aerospace Renew their Collaboration Agreement

Under the agreement, both businesses are developing a joint thermoplastic composites (TPC) roadmap to explore new materials and manufacturing processes for aerospace structures, while jointly targeting future strategic high-rate programs. In addition Solvay will remain a GKN Aerospace preferred supplier for TPC materials.

Archroma announces CEO transition
