Omron stellt vier Serien von Geräten für die Zustandsüberwachung vor

SABIC erwirbt Anteil an Clariant von 24.99%
Muttenz, 25. Januar 2018 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, hat heute die Beteiligung des Branchenvertreters und Partnerunternehmens SABIC bestätigt, die einen Anteil von 24.99% an Clariant erworben haben. Der Erwerb dieser Anteile, die zuvor von 40 North und White Tale gehalten wurden, macht SABIC zum größten Aktionär von Clariant.
